During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. All information must match your government-issued identification documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mpo87 will never contact you by email, live chat, or phone to request your password. You must notify mpo87 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. mpo87 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
mpo87 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:
mpo87 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any other point at mpo87's discretion.
To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

Most bank transfers are credited to your mpo87 Account within 1–5 minutes of successful transfer confirmation. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your proof of transfer. mpo87 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages or maintenance windows outside its control.
Withdrawals from mpo87 are processed subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours, during Indonesian public holidays, or during scheduled banking system maintenance may experience longer processing times. mpo87 accepts no liability for delays caused by circumstances outside its direct control.
Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier and verification status. mpo87 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or inconsistent with a player's historical deposit and betting patterns.
mpo87 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to this Agreement and to any additional terms published on the specific promotion page at the time of the offer.
mpo87 actively monitors bonus claims for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players to circumvent Wagering Requirements, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets specifically to meet turnover thresholds, and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the minimum Wagering Requirement across multiple bonus cycles. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
All wagers placed on mpo87 — whether on sports markets, live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting markets), bandar bola (football pool markets), or any other product — are subject to the following general rules and to the specific product rules published on the relevant game or market page.
All sports wagers are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, FIFA for World Cup matches, AFC for AFF Cup). In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the moment the Platform closes the market for that event. Settlement times may vary depending on the sport and the speed at which official results are confirmed.
Where mpo87 has published clearly incorrect odds, lines, or game parameters due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), mpo87 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous values, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. mpo87 will provide notification to affected players and return all stakes promptly.
The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the mpo87 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

mpo87's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall mpo87 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if mpo87 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mpo87 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from: internet outages; banking system failures; force majeure events; actions taken by regulatory or law enforcement bodies; or your failure to comply with this Agreement.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by mpo87 is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy in its current published form.
mpo87 collects and processes personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. mpo87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support at [email protected].
This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law, as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which mpo87 operates internationally.
